Ok under V5R2 in is call Access while older releases called it CA400.  If
you really look you will find the CA400 is a symbolic link to the Access
folder.  Only one copy with two ways of getting there.

Or is IBM just keeping them both in sync as they wean you away from the 
CA400 naming to the Access naming?
Because, on my system, both have a READMESP.TXT that talks about Service 
Pack SI08894.
