The system values QMAXPWDLEN and QMINPWDLEN pertain to only changing
passwords through the CHGPWD command (as do all of the other system values
starting with QPWD*.  CHGUSRPRF ignores these system values.

This should have been the subject of the original message, but what the

Now I'm trying to enter a password and I'm getting:

Error changing DST profile. Reason code 6.

How nice.  Except that Reason code 6 is not defined for this error.  5 is
defined, 7 is defined, but not 6.

Anybody run across this?
