I don't know about the other sites you listed, but that one should be
"rbl.maps.Vix.com"...  and was replaced YEARS ago by mail-abuse.org.
It was originally started by Paul Vixie, and vix.com is his domain.

(Paul Vixie is one of the Internet's pioneers, and has hand a hand in a
number of internet standards, especially E-mail and DNS, he's a big
contributor to the Unix Sendmail program and the author of BIND, the DNS
software that's still #1 on the Internet)

At any rate, it was replaced by mail-abuse.org...
