Last place I worked (about 2 yrs ago) still had a PC run DOS (think 5.0)
for a very specialized app that used 5 1/4" diskettes

Wow, a thousand 8" diskettes! My guess is that they'll end up on the 
curb. Heck, who even uses 3.5" diskettes anymore?
