Traditionally the neat things about iseries Access, Rumba, etc are the sql 
like ways to select fields or records and translate them down into 
different formats on your PC.  The ifs is a different animal.

What were you hoping that the transfer tool would do for you; convert a 
flat file into Excel?  In other words, why bother with Rumba versus using 
ftp or even simpler - a shared drive?
