Oh, I agree it's a great command. But I wonder how reliable it would be
under certain conditions, like:
- unload/reload
- downgrading to V4R5.
and various other scenarios. At that time a little offline storage may be
nice.

Customers have been known to get rid of, dispose of, throw away,
misplace, documentation from older systems once having moved to newer
OS, h/w, etc. Also easier to find it on the system than potentially
having to dig through docs, hoping it find it where someone put it in a
'safe place'!
