Wait just a bit. Vary back on, then power back on. Timeout/reset on a TCP error takes too long otherwise. If you get the same results after that, then go back to suspecting configuration error. Just to clarify - I agree that the configuration error is on the Perle side, most likely. I mentioned the AS/400 pieces as the place to check the config from the Perle. Good luck!
