Good question.  Normally I wouldn't bother, unless the Upgrade Guide, Memo
to Users, or some other such documentation pushed me.  V4R5 and V5R1 are
old I can't remember if V4R5 is the one that required some preparation
ptf's when going to the next release.

Why do you need to put on the PTFs for a release you're replacing?
