There are a couple of good products that do this and are cheap. I've used Brad Stone's Spool Tool (www.bvstools.com) and Gumbo's Spoolmail (www.gumbo.com)
Gumbo's has more options last time I looked, but it is slightly more expensive. P05 pricing for Gumbo I think is $695, I don't know brad's off hand.
