How about converting the reports to PDM or RTF (Rich Text Format) files? There are some freeware commands that converts *SCS spooled files to these formats. The only problem with that is they will be attachments to the email. Then Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view and print the PDM file. A viewer is also needed to look at and print the RTF file. But then, page breaks are retained when printed. You win some, you lose some. :) HTH Reggie > > message: 10 > date: Wed, 05 Mar 2003 09:33:51 -0800 > from: Tammy Ayala <tayala@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > subject: Attaching Spooled Files to Email > > > We are an AS400 shop and would like to distribute reports generated on > > the AS400 to managers via email.
