Burke, I don't use Domino on my system, but here are some general comments ... Is this BRMS a recent installation? And, did you have a different backup / recovery product loaded on this system prior to installing BRMS? The reason I ask is that a few years ago I switched from Robot to BRMS. After I installed BRMS I got some Exit Point errors (although I do not recall if they are similar to yours). I called IBM and the first-level support was able to quickly identify that the Robot product had registered some exit programs, but the programs did not get removed when I de-installed their product. After I removed the exit points, BRMS worked fine. It's been too long for me to try to recall what the exit programs were, but a quick call to IBM support should help resolve this problem. Also, a few years back I created a BRMS installation guide which included setting up control groups to handle the different types of backups (full, cum, monthly, etc.).
