I use an exit program attached to Exit Point QIBM_QTMF_SVRLOGON (Exit Point
Format TCPL0100) to specify the library a user is defaulted to when they FTP to
the system. I don't believe this Exit Point will allow you to specify a
directory.

I then use an exit program attached to Exit Point QIBM_QTMF_SERVER_REQ (Exit
Point Format VLRQ0100) to limit the libraries / directories that a user is
authorized to.

I was searching through the archives on how to have someone come up into a
default or initial ifs directory when using ftp instead of into their
default library. Some not-too-hopeful discussions were going on here:
http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/199911/msg00686.html

I was wondering if anyone had any updates?

I am running V5R2.
