Verify that she didn't error, do a DSPSAVF. For example on my V5R2
machine I did
SAVOBJ OBJ(DELETEME) LIB(ROB) DEV(*SAVF) OBJTYPE(*FILE) SAVF(ROB/ROB)
TGTRLS(V4R5M0)
DSPSAVF ROB/ROB
And in the top right I see:
Release level . . . : V4R5M0

        Subject: CPF3743 on RSTOBJ from V5R1 830 box to a V4R5 720
box

Folks:

A customer has a 830 box running V5R1. She did a SAVOBJ with
TGRLS(V4R5). I have a 720 box running V4R5. She ftped the save file to
her pc using bin. She emailed it to me. I reversed the process by
ftping with bin to a save file. When I try RSTOBJ it gives me CPF3743.
   Can anybody shed any light?

Message CPF3743 is:
Message . . . . : File cannot be restored, displayed, or
listed.
Cause . . . . . : The file was saved from a more recent release of
the
operating system or the CD-ROM was not created correctly. The
operation was
requested for save file PCTX in library FILES.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the
following:
-- Display or list the media on a more recent release of the
operating

system.

-- Perform the save operation again with a more recent release of
the
operating system specifying the correct value on the target release
(TGTRLS)
parameter of the save command and try the request
again.
    -- Use a CD-ROM that was created
correctly.

Thank You
Regards.
