I've been there.  I understand.   We all know users stink.  If it wasn't for
them, we'd have no bugs in our software.

You're lucky.  My customer wants NO clicks, except the one to open the
file.  And I can't say that I blame her.  She's a shipping manager, not an
IT geek.
