Hi Bonnie -

I need remove another workstation. It has one cable in - none out.
I assumed this was the end of the line.

When I remove it, another workstation goes down - blinking light in upper
right.
Both are Info Window II's - configured as 3487s.

Besides removing one of the twin-ax cables from the second workstation,
is there an 'end of line' that needs to be done in workstation setup?
In addition to the things already mentioned, unterminated twinax can act as an antenna and feed electrical system noise on to the cable causing problems. When removing the last workstation, be sure to disconnect the cable from the next-to-last workstation BEFORE disconnecting it from the last workstation.

Make sure, of course, that you disconnect the outgoing cable not the incoming.

If there is a termination switch on the next-to-last workstation, be sure to set it to terminate before disconnecting the cable.
