The one that has the actual error says "reload LIC".

This doesn't sound good, folks.  Does this imply reloading the rest of the
system from scratch?  Because I sure don't want to do that.

I'm thinking that tomorrow morning I open a single-item contract with IBM
and see what I can get out of them.
