Note to self: if it sounds too good to be true...

Actually, this didn't cause any great problems.  The system rebuilt the
files quite nicely.  Unfortunately, they have the same problem.  It looks
like my only option now is to get the C3007510 cume and try to apply it.

However, if anybody has any bright suggestions, I'm all ears.
