 can we make a CL program which Use DSPPGMREF and direct to an out file( eg
TStOBjFL). Read the file (here it is TStOBjFL). check the fields for "Object
Referenced" & "Library referenced". if"Library referenced" is not in *LIBL
add that and then call our program. I think if the object library is
included in the library list, the  field for "Library referenced" will
contain  "*LIBL"
