I still say that maintaining steady revenues is a work of pure genius when you are working in a market that's seen prices drop by 50% every 18 months for the last 30+ years and that expects the trend to continue for the next 30 years. If you want to walk back along the highway and see the littered bodies of big firms that couldn't make it in the computer business, start with Digital, Compaq, Wang, and AT&T. The iSeries is a niche machine.
