I met Buell at last year's CUA in Coventry (UK) and had, albeit brief,
opportunity to talk to him; he seemed to be a very knowledgeable and
likeable guy.

Personally, I can more easily cope with IBM having their executives play
musical chairs than I can cope with them forever switching round their
account reps; a few years ago, while working as the systems administrator
for an IBM business partner, my working life was made a real misery by my
IBM account reps being changed on average every 3 to 4 months.

As for Buell, "The King is dead, God save the King", life goes on, good luck
to Buell in his new appointment, let's hope his successor has the nous to
utilise Midrange-L to feel the pulse of the user community.
