Try Bulletproof FTP, if you choose to go the PC FTP server route...it is
cheap, easy to set up, and it works very well.

I haven't tried FTP'ing files from my iSeries to it yet, but I plan to test
this functionality soon.  You can download the shareware version and try it
out before you buy it.
