If you are talking about Remote Outq's via IP, I'm afraid you're wrong on
both accounts.  You've always been able to save (as long as you put the
'XAUTOQ XAIX' values into the Destination Options field).

IBM has released a program that allows page ranges.  This was noted by
Scott Mildenberger 2 months ago in this list (check the archives for
details).
