I want the AS/400 generated one.

Have you tried Telneting to the JetDirect card and setting banner to
enabled?

To do this, just type telnet + the JetDirect's IP address (e.g. telnet
10.15.0.19)

If the card is password protected, you'll need to provide the password.
Once you're signed on, type a slash (/) to see current values.  If banner is
disabled, type banner: 1 to enable it.
