It is my experience that on every mailing list the harshest critics are the members of the list. That is as it should be. If we do not consistently point out flaws and weaknesses we will believe our own bravado and quickly sink into mediocrity. We have lists to discuss problems and shortcomings and their solutions. If we are not honest about deficientcies, how will we fix them? Other solutions out there are better than the iSeries for some things. The iSeries is also better at some things. The iSeries does not hold the records for web serving, file sharing, or database transactions. But that does not mean it is not an excellent platform. James Rich
