RE: How to start DST without an IPL

Not sure, but I don't think you _must_ sign off the console - it'll end
that job, effectively. It's just cleaner, probably.

Option 21 can only be set if you put the the service panel on manual, DON'T
forget te set it back tot your normal setting afterwards.
