 Yes, with the key in the control panel set to manual.
 Option 21 will force the console to the DST signon display.
 This does not interrupt a running production system.

 If you are on v5r1 your password can be the extended 128 char. length.
 When setting the new v5r1 long passwords it is best to enter the PW then
Field exit until out of the input field.
