Not from what I read.  You said

In other words, security always overrides convenience.  What I am saying is
that Cost/Benefit comes first.  Sometimes it favours security, and
sometimes Convenience.  I never assume one or the other is automatically
the winner.  Rather, the winner is which gives the better return.
