Well, evidently you do have some experience with change management tools.
And, granted, I might tend to be biased towards a tool that is more
iSeries 'aware'.  This would help in relating much of the stuff in objects
that source itself doesn't know about.  Like:  security, objects changed
outside of the tool (CHGPGM, CHGPRTF, etc)  but, then again, that might be
bigotry on my part.  When in the market for any tool, 'traditional' or
otherwise, I would make sure that it addresses all these concerns.  I know
that Turnover will flag things changed outside of the tool.

Aldon has a CMS (Affiniti) that allows you to integrate your change
management on the iSeries with that on your PC-based platforms.  It
integrates with Eclipse Workbench.

I have not used Affiniti yet, but I have been using their AS/400-based CMS
for years, and I think it is the best available for the AS/400 platform...
