Use a CA/400 PS5250 session to create a printer definition for the AS/400. If you have autoconfig switched on - (system value QAUTOCFG) - the 400 will automatically create the required printer device. The other configurations you have created are unnecessary and can be deleted. In the PS5250 session, you can point the session to the required printer, and set up other features such as host print transform, etc. I find that when I set this up for my clients, the settings are dependent on what they want to print, the release level of Windows, and the release of CA/400 currently in use. The best advice I can give is, play about with these printer settings until the printer behaves the way you want it to. Syd Nicholson Peter_Vidal@pall.com wrote:

The PC's OS is Windows 95 but it has Client Access in it. What I have to do? Peter Vidal Pall Aeropower Corp. / SR Programmer Analyst : www.pall.com / + Peter_Vidal@Pall.com (727-539-8448, x2414
