You need more capacity. The 510 cannot RAID the load source therefore you must mirror to stay protected. Every other drive is RAID'd. I would look at replacing the 6606 and 6607 drives with 6713's This will keep your arm count the same and increase your capacity. You should be able to find used 6713's drives. Ask your business partner for them. BCC also can also help you find these or their equivalent drives. Your 9337 are also old technology and probably very expensive to keep on maintenance. Hopefully by the end of the year I will upgrade my 720 to 820 and replace the SPD tower brought forward from our 510. When I do, I will have several SPD cards and 6607 drives for sale. I can sell the 16 6607 drive, Drive expansion box, and SPD controller card at that time. This may be several months down the road though. ( A happy BCC customer 949 453-7600 ) Christopher K. Need some clarification, education AND/OR suggestion(s) on my system disk configuration. I have 2 ASP (ASP 1 is Mirrored and Raided) with a total of 173.1 Gig and 90% threshold. My system ASP is 57.19Gig with 87.4692% USED. I think the only unit MIRRORED in this ASP is UNIT 1. ASP 2 is 115.92Gig with 82.49% USED. I think this ASP is totally RAIDED. The protection column for both ASPs shows all "DEVICE PARITY" except for Unit 1 in ASP1 that shows "CONTROLLER".
