Hi, Joe:

Windows "remembers" the last "view" you selected (probably in
the registry).  You might have accidentally clicked on one of the
other column headings, thus "sorting" on that column, and so,
Windows now remembers this as the "default" view.

You should be able to simply click on the "Name" column heading,
and it should sort on Name. Then, exit Windows Explorer, and
start it back up again, and it should now be sorting by name.
