Here's an odd and completely off the wall issue. As of a few days ago, the
folders on my Windows 2000 workstation started acting differently. Up until
that time, if I opened a folder and changed the view to List or Details, the
default order was by name. Now, the default order is by size, of all
things, and it's really annoying.

Is there a registry setting somewhere that determines the default order of
displaying files in a directory? I've searched the 'Net and found nothing.
I know this isn't really midrange related, but I know there's a wealth of
experience with workstations out there, and any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Joe
