If you have LPD on your PC, that could be the IP address you point a
RMTOUTQ at. Then it prints on whatever is connected to your pc.

Could even print to a text file, maybe., then display in an editor.

There's also a PRPQ (5799-PTL  --  no, it wasn't written by jim Baker when
he was in jail in Rochester!) called iSeries Tools for Developers ($200)
that has a GETSPLF command that presents a spooled file in an editor in an
X-Window using VNC. It's all in the package - you need to have PASE on the
system
