Eric,

If you don't have Client Access and you don't have any network printers,
perhaps you have access to an LPD printer on a Unix or Linux machine, or I
would think you could get an LPD daemon for Windows, so you could print to
your PC printer.

A quick google search for "LPD windows shareware" turned up several, among
them:

On the AS/400 side, investigate SNDTCPSPLF command.
