This translates to <Esc>&a00000H<Esc>&a00087V. You'll need to look these
codes up in HPs manuals. The H and the V stand for horizontal and vertical,
resp., I think. Could be initial offsets. Check the front offset values in
the PRTF.

Are you using Host Print Transform? But these are probably not a problem,
unless things get offset incorrectly.
