fuel meter data to pc to as400

Looking for ideas or products to keep pc ascii text data real-time
automated updated to as400. We are looking at AVTRAC fuel meters
doing wireless update to pc with their software. We want to do
unattended update to as400 so counter sales can immediate invoice.
This at over 20 locations wide area network.
Any other Aircraft Fuel Meters? I can see ftp but pc would need
server software (maybe in W2K?). Am familiar async/bysync but
not pc side.
