Based on your other message it looks like this could be done with FTP. You
could have a job periodically connecting to the server and pulling the
files. You would just need an FTP server on the PC. Microsoft has a free one
in IIS, but there are others without all of the security flaws of IIS.

We've done meter integration with our SerialConnect product, but it sounds
like the PC is an important part of the picture. Sockets to PC works fine,
too. But I think the fastest solution would be FTP.
