Yes - straight from the Summary of Earlier AS/400 & iSeries Models section
of the iSeries System Handbook.
The entry model 150's came with 64MB, the growth models 128MB.  For both
the maximum memory is 192MB.
The 250, the replacement for the 150, comes with 256MB base and can go up
to 1024MB.

Are you sure about the 192MB limit, Neil?  Because I thought for sure I
had
more than that, but I may be mistaken.  The machine isn't available to be
powered up today, so I have to check.  If it's only 192MB, chances are
that
WebSphere is going to choke and gag.  I was running WebSphere version 2
(slowly!) before I put the machine into mothballs.
