We have started experiencing the same thing downloading employees to the Time Clocks. It sometimes take 4 or more attempts to get a successful download. We are also TCP/IP via ethernet. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it drops records. They are communicating using TCP/IP via ethernet. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea of what could be causing this? We also keep getting messages that CLOCK are not responding while doing polling. Any help would be appreciated.
