We purchased KRONOS Gatekeeper for our AS/400, and we are experiencing intermittent problems while downloading employees to the Gate clocks. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it drops records. They are communicating using TCP/IP via ethernet. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea of what could be causing this? We also keep getting messages that CLOCK are not responding while doing polling. Any help would be appreciated.
