this happened to me also.  Apparently either the download is corrupt or
it's something with XP, because when I re-downloaded and unpacked on Win98,
everything was OK.

Go to dos window as instructed to explode.

Typed 'ibmafp20 c:\temp /d'

Get the following message:

Has anyone got this to work or know of a workaround?
