It doesn't matter how you get there (I don't think they even offer an ISP service). They provide free emails (and a bunch of other stuff). It use to be only web based, but now they provide all the pop and forwarding stuff as well. I'll be glad to answer any other question or explain myself better, but we may need to take it private or I'm sure we'll get a bunch of flames asking what the 400 connection is.
