Zero 'unscheduled' downtime.

James, there are a few ways of achiving 99.9999999% uptime. *NOMAX
(www.maxava.com). IBM's 'cluster' environment for the i400. There are also some
other high-availability products allowing you close to 100% system
availability. Some cost more, some a helluva lot more:-).
