There really is no end user. Initially I will be manually pulling down the file and sending it via ProEDI, but after a bit to make sure everything is kosher, it will be automated. The necessary events will be generated at every daily cycle. The middleware program will poll the library for the event file generated. When it finds one, it will parse it and dump it into a different directory. The PC will poll the AS/400 directory and when a file is dumped there, grab it and transform it and send it to NY DMV.
