Thanks all for your feedback. Adam, you are right is very weird. I found some users that could sing on without problem others were unable to use CAE. I created new users just coping those that were not able to connect with CAE and the new users didn't have problem, so I solved the problem coping the users, deleting the old one and renaming the new one, and now everything is working fine.
