I've got the same problem here, seems to be about 10 minutes of "inactivity"
before I'm kicked off.

Client: Win2k, T1 coming into a Polycom router (splits out voice and data),
then into a Netopia R9100 ethernet router to a hub with my 170 and PC,
Watchguard's Ashley Laurent "mobile user vpn client"
Host: Watchguard firewall product running the VPN, connected to an NT lan
with an AS400 hanging off of the lan

We've tried every setting we could think of (with Watchguard tech support
help) to no avail.

I'm supposed to be the "test" to see if this is going to work out, but I
can't bless it for programmer use, since a programmer will often have 10
minutes of no "activity"

I'm going to try a DOS continual ping today, to see if this will keep it
alive.

If anyone is using the Watchguard firewall with VPN successfully, I'd really
love to chat with you.

TIA
