DSPNETA and make sure *ANYNET support is yes on both system allows APPC over
TCP

~~~The ethernet objects are ACTIVE at both places but we cannot
~~~get passthru
~~~enacted as the APPC components are stuck at Vary On Pending and the
~~~STRPASTHR command is failing (no surprise).
