APPC - TCPIP Communications

My organization is trying to establish 400 passthru and SNADS by using an
APPC/TCPIP T1 based connection between our home box and a remote 400 at one
of our remote site warehouses.

We have created (or auto-created) line (*ELAN), controller and device
descriptions (*NET) for the ethernet side and also for the APPC components.
The ethernet objects are ACTIVE at both places but we cannot get passthru
enacted as the APPC components are stuck at Vary On Pending and the
STRPASTHR command is failing (no surprise).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
