Just got a V5R1 system installed with a new network connection.
The subnet it belongs to has other AS/400's with no TCP issues usually, i.e
(I doubt it is the firewall)

I am getting TCP errors relating to SIZE it seems.
QOS is *NO
very small ftp's work, large ones give FTP error 426
I can FTP huge files to myself locally on the AS/400
Telnet sessions drop and is somewhat predictable, I hit F1 for help or
another busy response screen or command and 5250 session disconnects, tried
more than one client.
I am also getting an APPC/CPIC error (for you sockets guys)
LCE_INTERR_REVERSE_BUFF_TOO_SMALL
The "buffer too small" tells me that my network is broke or V5R1 has a bad
default.
Using 10M card on a high traffic LAN.
Researching PTF's
Anyone else have this problem?
