That is exactly what I meant, but I did not remember the precise command.
My reccollection is that both ends worked when both persons had a security
level of SYSTEM OPERATOR but did not work when one end had a security level
of USER which is what most of our users are set at.  Now there may be some
add on to USER that was really needed ... I did not dig enough into this to
figure out what the problem was the last time I messed with this which was
quite some time ago.
